Pitchenza is a creator workspace that helps you organize brand outreach, track collaborations, and monitor payments. We aim to be clear and honest about how your information is handled.

• Profile information, such as a profile photo and bio
• Creator type and content niches
• Social media profile information, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn handles

Creator Workspace Information

As you use Pitchenza, you may enter information into your private workspace, which may include:

• Brands and brand contacts
• Outreach history and pitches
• Notes and follow-up dates
• Pipeline opportunities and collaborations
• Deliverables
• Payment amounts and payment due dates
• Templates

This information is stored as part of your private Pitchenza workspace and is associated with your authenticated account.

Brand Contact Information

Because Pitchenza helps you manage outreach, you may enter professional contact information about people you interact with at brands, such as a contact name, company, work email, social media information, and communication notes.

This information is entered by you for the purpose of managing your own professional outreach. Pitchenza does not independently verify, collect, or validate brand contact information. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of any contact details you choose to store.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use Pitchenza, certain technical information may be collected by the platform and its hosting infrastructure to operate the service, such as:

• IP address and device or browser information
• Authentication activity, such as sign-in events
• Basic application usage and error logs

How We Use Information

Pitchenza may use your account and workspace information to:

• Provide and operate the application
• Authenticate users and maintain private workspaces
• Display dashboard information and reminders
• Track outreach, collaborations, and payments
• Personalize your experience, such as your default pitch tone and follow-up timing
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security and improve the product

AI-Assisted Features

Pitchenza includes AI-assisted features, such as the pitch generator. When you use an AI-assisted feature, the information you submit — which may include a brand name, product information, creator notes, content ideas, or pitch preferences — is processed to generate the requested output.

How Information May Be Shared

Service Providers

Pitchenza relies on third-party services necessary to operate, which may include hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, AI processing, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.

Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pitchenza and its users.

Business Changes

If Pitchenza is acquired, merged, reorganized, or sold, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Workspace

Each authenticated Pitchenza account has its own creator workspace. Brand records, pitches, collaborations, payments, and related creator data are intended to be accessible only to the account that owns them, subject to Pitchenza's security systems and any intentional sharing features that may be added in the future.

Pitchenza uses row-level security to enforce workspace isolation at the database level. This is a strong control, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we do not promise that a security incident could never occur.

Data Retention

Pitchenza may retain your information while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate operational, security, legal, and compliance purposes.

The account deletion feature in Settings permanently removes the workspace data you own, including your brands, outreach, collaborations, deliverables, and templates.

Your Rights and Controls

You can manage your information directly within Pitchenza:

• Update your profile information in Settings → Profile
• Access your account information through the app
• Export your workspace data from Settings → Data & Privacy
• Delete your account from Settings → Data & Privacy (Danger Zone)

Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion from Settings → Data & Privacy. When you delete your account, Pitchenza permanently removes the workspace data you own, including your profile information, brands, pitches, outreach, collaborations, deliverables, payments, tasks, and templates.

Some information may remain in backups or infrastructure logs for a limited period as described in the Data Retention section above. We do not promise immediate deletion from all systems unless that is technically confirmed.

Security

Pitchenza uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including authenticated access and user-level data controls. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Pitchenza is intended as a professional creator and business tool and is not designed to collect information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may change as Pitchenza evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of Pitchenza after changes means you accept the updated policy.
